Postpartum Yoga supports the body, mind, and helps to regain your strength by promoting safe movements that enhance flexibility, improve posture, and relieve tension from caring for a newborn. Suitable for all skill levels, from 6 weeks postpartum, it offers a nurturing environment to practice, with baby in town, while rebuilding strength in a nurturing and calming environment.
