Who are we?

Terri is a holistic therapist & energy healer in the local area and I regularly hold gatherings to bring people together and practice wellness.

Gill is a Certified Doula and offers many other supportive roles to both new mom's and mom's to be

We will enjoy a womb healing journalling session

We will be led by a beautiful healing guided meditation

we use a beautiful blend of womb healing oil to massage our womb area on the day

we will be given a healing rebozo wrap by Gill

We will have supportive herbal teas

we will have time to share our stories if we wish over a vegetarian lunch which will be supplied by us on the day

What is rebozo?

The rebozo is a traditional woven piece of of material with a rich history with indigenous people all over the world. We use it as part of an energetic healing or closing of the body after a transformative time in our lives; most notably after birth or menopause.

But not specifically..anyone can have it done even if you've had your womb removed..the energy is still there..
