You've gotten your baby earth side; WELL DONE!!! But what now? Postpartum doula support could be just the thing that you need! Min shift duration: 3 hours I think the best way for me to do this is to tell you what I don't do ;-) I don't wash bathrooms, or floors or vacuum stairs. I can; - batch cook meals - laundry - hold baby while you shower or nap - set up nursery - basic newborn care - be there as company for you - allow you to process & chat about your birth experience - take baby for a walk to allow you to nap - bottle feeding & breastfeeding support - cloth nappy support - babywearing fit checks
